At Maison de Chocolate, your Broken Hill accommodation consists of a large, main bedroom with a queen size bed, adjoined by a stylish ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

A 2nd & 3rd bedroom are each fitted with a king single bed and are serviced by a modern 2nd bathroom that features both a bath and shower, separate powder-room and 2nd toilet.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including Euro Gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Your modern separate dining room is set for 6 and adjoins the open living area and kitchen. A computer desk is located in the formal lounge, conveniently separated from your casual, open living area. All bedrooms, lounge and dining areas are fully carpeted whilst the large open living space is porcelain tiled.

Full laundry with washer/dryer and ironing facilities are provided and quality, fresh linen is supplied for your comfort.

Enjoy our glorious ‘Broken Hill Blue Skies’ on your private, outdoor timber decking which surrounds most of the house and the entertainment setting is placed just outside your back door – a lovely spot to sit back and relax and enjoy your BBQ facilities and let the kids run around on the green, well-maintained lawn.

Your stylish 3m high timber-slat front fence welcomes you into a native landscaped courtyard and a café setting for two has been placed on the front porch should you wish to enjoy glass of wine or a cuppa and watch the world pass by whilst still enjoying your privacy.The property is fully fenced and features a lock up, roller door, carport for your privacy and security which is accessed by the rear of the property.

HOW TO REACH

“Maison de Chocolate” is conveniently located at 260 William Street, which continues on from the Barrier Highway when traveling from Adelaide. Situated on the left-hand side if traveling towards Oxide Street from Adelaide, it is the 2nd house in from the corner near Chloride Street with a timber paneled high front fence. Park out the front and we’ll show you to your private, lock-up carport accessed from Chloride Street.
